I have been going to Dr. Vasko for about two years for epidural injections for lower back pain. I have gotten great pain relief and feel that this is what has allowed me to be able to continue working. Dr. Vasko is always very knowledgeable and has a nice personality. Dr. Vasko is a great doctor!!
This doctor walked in the exam room and immediately told me he could not help me. He didn't even listen to why I was there or ask me any questions. I am overweight and he immediately dismissed me. No talking and no other options. Rude and disrespectful. There are numerous other ways he could have handled the situation.
I had my first visit with Dr. Daniel Megler today. Dr. Megler allowed me to completely explain my concern prior to an exam and a short test. Dr. Megler thoroughly explained results and resolution. Dr. Megler also gave me all the time I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered. I am fortunate that I do not need to be seen again for another year. But I will make sure that I see Dr. Megler on my return visit.
Dr. Megler M.D. was able to put my mind to ease on the first visit. I was seen because I've had difficulty swallowing since a previous surgery. He used a fiber optic scope to explore my esophagus and was able to visualize an area of redness. Knowing that there is no growths/lesions helped me to focus on other things and gave me a direction for treatment.
I was amassed at my appointment with Dr. Megler. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very very pleased.
Dr. Megler is a very compassionate and caring doctor with superb educational background. He spends the time needed to address any questions and concerns and ensures you understand, and agree with, the course of treatment he advises. His group includes sub-specialty doctors and he doesn't hesitate to recommend someone else for further evaluation if he feels it would be helpful to your condition or is necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Megler.
This is by far the best doctor I have ever had regarding pain management of my back and leg pain. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. I have had one office visit with him and two injection procedures because of pain after a back surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Vasko for serious pain management.
Great bedside manner. Listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, I felt like he really spent a lot of time with me and my wife. After 2 years of low back pain and multiple doctors, I finally understood why I was in pain and what my outlook was. No other doctor spent that much time with me or explained as in detail as Dr. Vasko.
