Dr. Ricks was great. The receptionist, however was not. I went to inquire when I would get to see the doctor since my appointment was 45 minutes prior to the time it was. She was rude. She didnt apologize for my wait. Instead she scolded me. Stating "OH so the patient that is being seen right now shouldn't get their concerns addressed". I in no way believe i am entitled or above other people. I simply wanted to know how long it would be because I took off work to be here. Every minute I am away it costs me money. Dr Ricks is my miracle maker. Dr Ricks performed my gastric sleeve surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results. He was compassionate, understanding, thorough, and his bedside manor was the best. He helped me with every step of the process. The best Doctor I think I have ever had! I am so grateful for Dr Ricks!
