Absolutely do not recommend. The experience with the surgical dental assistants was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, and aftercare instructions were minimal. Patients should not be left to figure things out on their own after surgery with only a vague handout. Practices need to do better than the bare minimum when it comes to patient communication and anxiety-aware care. especially during surgical procedures.
I would not recommend this office for Dental Surgery. The surgery itself went fine, but there were multiple long waits in the office to even get to the surgery. I understand things happen, but why have an appointment if you have to wait an additional 45 minutes before even being taken back to a room. As others have mentioned, their billing department is horrible. They did not do the estimate correctly even after I pointed out several things within my insurance coverage.
