My previous interactions with Dr Sellen were very positive. But it seems he has abandoned his Canberra practice and patients. I have tried to contact him by phone and email to no avail.This is very unprofessional of him and I'm extremely disappointed in his actions. I'm changing my previous 5 star rating to 1.
No phone calls. No emails. They just bill you obscene amounts for there lack of communication and organisation. Avoid this clinic
My experiences with Dr Sellen have been nothing but positive. He was able to very quickly hone in on my issues (in this case, a lingering, untreated case of AD\HD) and provide quick & effective treatment that has honestly allowed me to achieve more in the last two years than I had in the last five. Cannot recommend him enough.
My husband's first appointment was good, however he has since been left high and dry with the clinic not returning calls, emails or responding to referrals over many months. Very unprofessional.
As you look at these reviews, I urge you to see the common thread in them: Dr Matthew Sellen does NOT operate in the best interest of his clients/patients. Save your hard earned money. Save your precious time. Spare yourself the mind bending malpractice and make a "Telepsychiatry" appointment with a psychiatrist located outside the ACT.
