I came in for an in-office procedure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Schultzel (and his entire office) is so friendly, professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable in his care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring GI specialist.
Highly disappointed. Despite the positive reviews, my experience was centered on sales, not healthcare. The office has a heavy marketing vibe that feels more like a high-pressure showroom than a medical clinic. After waiting 30 minutes, the doctor saw me for only three minutes—just long enough to push surgery and ignore my requests for non-invasive options. My gut told me to run, and I’m glad I did.
