I am always welcomed when I arrive and the waiting is certainly with what is expected for a professional appointment.
As far as I am concerned everything was excellent. I have ben there a number of times and reel treated real good.
Office staff specifically scheduling, billing, and insurance are very courteous and helpful. Whenever I have called the office, I have had my inquiries handled promptly. I overpaid for the procedure and received a refund before the EOB arrived. Did not need to call or inquire about this. They are on top of things! Dr. Anderson is professional and thorough and the procedure was performed successfully. He is personable and patient. I highly recommend Dr.Anderson, his office and staff to those with urology concerns.
Arrived for appointment and was checked in. I was greeted and taken to room by staff member. Procedure was explained in detail and questions answered. Everything was handled with professionalism. Dr. came in and went over procedure and what to expect. After procedure they checked on my condition and if there were any issues. I was discharged from the clinic when they were sure I had no problem. Everything was professional and caring for me as a patient.
Very professional people work with Dr. Anderson. I appreciate these people very much.
Everything went very smoothly, the staff made me feel at ease, and did not have single problem with anyone.

Appreciate Dr. Lawatsch taking his time, reviewing past records, considering alternatives. No solution found at the present time although he is researching options.
