Absolutely disgusting medical practice. Family concerns for safety and request for further investigation were completely ignored. A shocking bedside manner and a complete failure to recognise and diagnose a larger medical issue even when raised repeatedly by family and a referral requesting assistance with that issue.
Charging $420 for a consultation is highway robbery. Quite rude receptionist on the phone. I did try calling back a couple of times to make an appointment so the fault is on you.
