My experience with Dr Matthew Richard was utterly disappointing. I didn’t feel listened to or taken seriously. When I requested additional tests to help understand my ongoing symptoms, he made a comment that he was “just chasing ghosts,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. He also had several of my medications recorded incorrectly and blamed the errors on other doctors and nurses rather than taking responsibility to correct them. Absolutely disgusting medical practice. Family concerns for safety and request for further investigation were completely ignored. A shocking bedside manner and a complete failure to recognise and diagnose a larger medical issue even when raised repeatedly by family and a referral requesting assistance with that issue.
Charging $420 for a consultation is highway robbery. Quite rude receptionist on the phone. I did try calling back a couple of times to make an appointment so the fault is on you.
