Dr. Kaufman is an exceptional surgeon, one whom I would recommend to my own friends and family. He took his time during appointments, had a gentle demeanor, and was patient with me while I took the time I needed to make my decision about surgery. When I ultimately decided to move forward with a rhino/septoplasty, Dr. Kaufman made me feel very safe and took precautions to make sure I was healthy and had good test results (since I have a couple pre-existing health conditions) before doing my surgery. The staff was all very nice before, during, and after the surgery. Dr.Kaufman was also very nice and did a great job!
