I have been trying to call this practice for the last 3 days. Unable to get a person. This extremely frustrating. Receiving a call back is impossible
Absolutely, do not go to this office for any reason. I went to this office once in 2022. I paid my copay and submitted my insurance information. They sent a claim to my insurance and they paid. Fast forward to over a year later, I received a call from a collection company stating that I owe them over a $500! Apparently. they did not submit the correct information to the insurance and never reached out to me about it. Dr Astroff is the best!
I wish there was a zero rating years ago. It was a very professional office today is Wednesday. I’ve been trying since Monday to get an appointment they send paperwork to scan you fill it out then you try to call And schedule an appointment and you’re just on hold I was on hold for two hours and 14 minutes three days total this morning. I called and got scheduling and they had a whole weather thing of questions. I started answering when I asked about an office manager the girl hung up.
