I am. 58 year old male. Very active in sports and have two disc hernias on my lumbar area. This is a reviews that I should have written very long ago because I have been under gis care for over 5 years now and go every week unless I am not in town. Before meeting Dr Pollock I used to have a crisis every 3/4 months aprox. The kind of back pain that puts you in bed under pain killers for min 2 days.
