Great bedside manner
Thorough and efficient
Place has zero respect of a patients time. They will schedule a 10am appointment and you will not get in to see the Doctor until 1145. It's absurd. Waiting a bit in a doctor's office is common but this place takes it to a whole other level.
Dr. Matthew Pagano is a knowledgeable and competent Urologist. In addition, he is sincere, caring, compassionate, and has the ability to listen to the patient. If most doctors had a fraction of his listening ability, the world would be a better place. My husband Shri saw Dr. Pagano in July 2023 for difficulty in voiding which he developed after a TURP procedure elsewhere earlier in March 2023.
