Mathew Pagano and his team including Julia and the Technologies I forgot her name and older lady were wonderful And the best! Except Michele, who I spoke to three hours before my appointment never returned my call after checking with the doctor something I asked her despite her promise. This was my second visit,and unfortunately. My experience was not positive. I did not feel the doctor was compassionate or patient. For me, it's important to have a physician who listens, understands my concerns, and helps me feel comfortable and at ease. During my visits, I did not feel that level of care or connection,which made my experience disappointing.
Good thoughtful young doctor. Has a good bedside manner and explains in detail about your condition.
