Dr Rutman is the worst urologist I have ever meet. He is very rude, . condescending and has a major attitude and does not listen or care. he did not spend quality time with me. Do not go to this doctor he is incompetent. I going to file a complaint with the chief of urology Phil Volpe

This doctor dis not let my friend change providers because of his big ego. He instead made her wait until he had availability to do her surgery. Wait time was 3 months. And front desk staff didn’t help. I had to help my bed ridden friend for 3 months. Because he refused to do his job and allow her to see someone else in the practice that wasn’t as busy as he was.
