I've been a patient of Pendergrass for 25 years, since I was a kid! With the new ownership, Suddenly I'm out of network, the new staff started putting me on hold and forgot about it every time I called, they messed up my mouthguard, charged extra for it 6 months after I already paid, and really didn't seem like they knew how to skillfully complete any of the procedures, including reception. This office is amazing. They do a very good job of explaining everything and tell you exactly what you need. The doctor is kind and everyone at the facility is very welcoming. My daughter and I had a great experience and will be coming back!
