I highly recommend Dr. Kozminski and the staff at Armstrong Neurolgy. I have been a patient of Dr. Kozminski for several years. He has worked diligently to consistently decrease the frequency of my awful migraines. He is the first neurologist to try several different options until we were successful. He is very very adept at administering the Injections. The office staff especially Robin- goes above and beyond at assisting in insurance issues and forms.
After going back and forth for days between Butler Neuro and my PCP to have records sent and set up an appointment they informed me that they could not see me due to the fact that at some point in my life i'd had a concussion. I was scheduling an appointment for recent chronic migraine headaches.... not sure why a concussion 15 years ago would prevent them from seeing someone but don't waste you're time with this office.
