This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. No wonder this virus is running rampant in this country. 10 days ago I brought my son to the TAUC facility on Lindbergh in Sunset Hills to be evaluated and possibly tested for COVID. After assessment, he was tested and we were told we would have results in 4-6 days but most were coming back in 3. On day 4 I began to call for results. Prospective Patients beware of erroneous billing and strong arm tactics for collections without you knowing it....years later! I rec'd unsatisfactory & incomplete service at Total Access Urgent Care. Even being a loyal, repeat customer, PAYING IN FULL, Total Access Urgent Care is suspected faulty billing & compounded by ignorance by Billing Operations.
