I was denied care and told to leave the facility. Do not go to this place. Isn’t an urgent care supposed to help people when they’re sick? I have never felt so dismissed in my life. I came in with a 104° fever, a nosebleed, and could barely stand on my own, yet I was disrespected and turned away. I went out of my way to come to this facility expecting care, not dismissal. If you value your health, do not go to this place. The receptionists were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern.

I had the best experience at Level up MD in Bloomfield NJ. The staff was good at the front desk but what made my 1st time experience even better is Christina. She was very warm and personable. Something you need when you're not feeling well. Very fast and efficient. I will make this my go to urgent care.

I visited LevelUp MD Urgent Care for knee pain after an injury, and the experience felt rushed and impersonal. I received notifications that medication was sent to CVS before I was even seen, which was confusing. The provider barely spoke to me, didn’t examine my knee, and only said it was “swollen” after the X-ray. There was no guidance about follow-up or what to do if the pain continued. Overall, I didn’t feel properly evaluated or cared for.
