Really friendly staff :) This is my second time coming in for a TB test, and it was as pleasant as the first time I came in:)
I have consistently paid a $35 copay at LevelUp, as well as any other Urgent Care facility I have ever been to, in line with my insurance coverage. However, during my most recent visit, I was told the copay was $50. Despite my attempts to clarify, I was met with resistance from the front desk staff, who insisted I pay the higher amount without verifying the details properly. Great service, the nurses and assistants are very considerate and helpful. You can tell the doctor really cares about his patients and loves what he does!
I went to level up to get stitches out my leg and Monica was so welcoming and made my experience very delightful. I would recommend this facility for any urgent non serious needs and ask for Monica as she is very informative, caring, and willing to help everyone! She extends herself so much for others, and can multitask that I recommended this place to all of my family and friend for any of their needs.
I would not recommend taking a child there! Dr Santana acts like a MD that should not have a license. The worst experience ever! Please revoke that man’s license
