Didn’t even get a chance to make an appointment. Called since I had my eye doctor, recommend Dr. Kay and said I did not need a referral to see him. But when I called the office they are making me go see a primary doctor in order to get a referral. I was asking a few questions when the lady who answered the phone spoke to me with an attitude was rude and condescending.
