Matthew Kaufman is extremely competent and confident. He and his staff provide an excellent medical experience. In addition their superior medical knowledge and ability, they are kind and thorough. Together they make a surgery experience as good as it can be.
So many wonderful things happening thanks to Dr. Kaufman and his marvelous Team. Incisions are healing nicely, I've lost over 20 pounds, can comfortably walk 30-40 minutes without having to continually stop to catch my breath, can lie flat on my back without feeling like I am going to suffocate - can even have my head and shoulders lower than my body. Dr. Kaufman was recommended to me for in-office cosmetic enhancements and I was totally disappointed. I found the Dr to have absolutely no bedside manner and after significantly bruising one side of my cheekbone, he brushed it off by saying it will be fine in 48 hours. It is now 2 weeks later and the bruise is just about gone. I received no follow up call but what I did receive was a bill that was about one third higher than any other doctor, equally educated and qualified that I have previously went to.
