Dr. Perry took excellent care of me with my kidney stone. I am very grateful and I recommend him highly.
Arrived for a 4:30pm for Dr Perry appt at 4:08pm, had to finally leave at 5:58 because I haven’t been seen yet by anyone. Asked if I could wait I waited 20 minutes. Finally left. This is in my opinion a bad office that don’t value your time

Dr. Perry is great, the office staff, not so much. Call backs do not happen so I spent time waiting on hold; after 25 minutes of listening to the inane recording, I hung up. Terrible customer service.
Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in Sarasota, and I have been here 30 years. Office is a mess and he was very disrespectful of his staff and nurses in general. I will leave it at that . Not quite I ended up in the ER that night, he was not happy about that, nasty to my nurse and left without talking to her.
