Dr. Matthew Oliver is an exceptional nephrologist, he not only provided expert care for my condition but also followed up on every detail. The entire team is precise and attentive, the reception staff always ensures timely reminders. Once, when I missed an appointment, they handled it extremely well and rescheduled me, and I’m grateful for their support.
Until now I was very happy with the care I was given, unfortunately things changed I needed to get in touch with the doctor only could not get past the voicemail left 3 messages and when I finally got the receptionist or nurse I was basically dismissed. Since then, every time I call all I get is voicemail.
What an awesome team from secretary Sana, Dieticans Elaine, Diane and to most of all Dr. Matthew Oliver. I lose almost half of my kidney function. My chronic kidney disease is a silent killer. Dr. Matthew saves my kidneys by vigilantly examine my blood work. kidney functions with great care and compassion.
