I also seen this other physician and I also came in for a medication that requires a UA mind you and this is why it hurt so much is because of the same relationship with DR Haag it was never this way very complicated process I came in and UA and I'm in the room for q few minutes and she came into the room and told me that after 8 and a half years that they found something and I also was appalled I can't believe they wouldn't give me another test because I know it wouldn't have been bad
I have been going to Dr Matthew Haag for over 10 yrs. On the 1-20-25 i went in for a physical and to get a refill on prescription. I take a prescription that i am in the process of tapering down. Dr M, Haag is an excellent doctor and a good human being. I did not end up seeing Dr M, Haag i ended up seeing Kathryn Haag. I am not sure of the relation. I have maybe seen her there 1 other time. ATTENTION Dr Mathew Haag. I have been going to this place for years. I recommend my wife to go to this place. On first appointment she arrived 10min late and got a call from a receptionist with a bad attitude. Then had same site time call with my wife on the line. The receptionist " Stephanie " told my wife with awful attitude that she will not be attended that she will be rescheduled. My PCP recently moved out of network and this office was provided by my insurance company. I called the office to inquire and was told in order to receive medication I've taken for over 20 years, I would need to have the notes from the prescribing psychiatrist....from 20 years ago! When I asked how I would obtain those, the female told me to go get reevaluated. Incredibly rude and demeaning.
