This was by far the worst experience with a doctor in my 30 years of living. I don’t know if he just didn’t like that I was an insured African American woman, or if he was having a bad day, but Dr. Britton was EXTREMELY rude to me. He spoke to me as if I were a peon. Very distasteful. And this was only to be our first meeting; through a video visit. So you don’t know me or anything about me but immediately began to judge me.
