I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Matthew have Hefner. He did a thorough examination of me and is referring me to another doctor neurologist to help find out where are my pain is coming from and why my hands are so numb. We’re trying to determine whether it’s from the stenosis in My neck Or myperipheral neuropathy going haywire. Because it is a progressive disease. Very attentive to your needs. Staff are courteous and caring too. Dr and his staff explained everything in detail and he and his staff speak clearly and I understood what they said. I felt cared about. Wait time was very reasonable. Was sen only minutes after my appointment time.
Dr.and PA don’t communicate with each other all the time so it’s confusing when you see one one or the other.
Listened to my concerns and incorporated them into the treatment plan.
