When you go to the ER in pain, afraid, unsure of what's happening to your body and the doctor asks "What do you want me to do?" It's a very shocking and scary situation. To be made to feel as if you are an inconvenience or burden was not at all what I expected. Better off succumbing to your ailments. I'm fully aware there is only so much an er doctor can do but to be treated as less than because I, myself am not a doctor and couldn't diagnose myself, was an awful feeling

This physician with poor manners, poor respect and lack of empathy and kindness for what parents have to face on a daily basis with a son with Autism. Our son displays aggression toward us and others, self-harm, and many sensory and unregulated behaviors. My son was brought into the ER by ambulance from the Group Home he was recently placed in.
