PA's are great only problem I have is you sit on hold forever and after 10 minutes it cuts you off I called and stayed on hold for over a hour it sucks I don't have a hour to spare just to sit around waiting and hoping someone will pick up. Also if you call to refill your meds hope you don't go through withdrawals waiting on them to fill them.
Professional dr and health workers. Very prompt in getting problems addressed
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office to anyone. The new doctor that took over Dr. Shoenthal is a ignorant women. She asked my 12 year old son questions that DID NOT need asked. I will say this once Dr. Shoenthal sold the office over. These people have been so ignorant and slow at getting anything accomplished! They will take forever to switch your paperwork over to another doctor.
