I had a L4/L5 and S1/L5 decompression surgery from doctor Hepler and he did an incredible job! I am 3 days post op, healing very quickly, and can walk pain free and way better than I could pre-surgery! Prior to the surgery I was in so much pain and my nerve was so irritated, I couldn't put any weight on my leg and could hardly walk. This doctor is a liar and a thief. Tried to pretend that he was out of network when in reality he was in network and covered by my insurance. What should have been a $25 copay for an office visit, I was asked to pay $160. Spoke to my insurance to confirm he was in contract with my insurance company which he was and I should have been covered. Disgusting man. He's a great doctor who, unlike many physicians do not listen to the patients. Dr. Helper listens to you and spends time with you. This was my second visit with him and I'm confident I will start feeling better soon!
