I called to inquire if they serviced my area. The representative initially confirmed that they did, but then abruptly stated they were not interested and hung up the phone. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was astounding. Customer service deserves zero stars.
Mike did an amazing job!
Mike is a “god” electrician his expertise and willingness to troubleshoot our issue was amazing. If you live in the Northwest suburbs I’d say this is better than those big companies with huge fancy vans who will walk in the door with troubleshooting fees of 50 to 500 bucks. Mike was the best of all the abcs and other company’s.
