The worst “family” dentist, I woke up very sick and called to rearrange the cleaning appointment due to potential heat stroke communing there from injuries from a car crash. I was told they will charge me for my appointment today even though my family and I have gone for 30 plus years. I told them I have a traumatic brain injury and it will be difficult for me to travel and spend 2 hours in a chair . Dr. Foulkes was my dentist for two years while I was at university. He used to be in Oak Bay and I followed his office out to Chatterton Way when they moved. Firstly, I want to say that he is an absolute sweetiepie. I am not dentist-anxious by any means, but it was still nice dealing with someone who was approachable and good-humoured. I have to get a lot of fillings due to having soft teeth, an they've all held up well and never hurt after the fact. I had to find a new dentist as the excellent one I had been going to decided to take early retirement .I was looking for a dentist closer to home .I decided to go to Dr Faulk .I also have a great fear of dental work. To my surprise Dr Faulk is kind and gentle Very similar in personality to the dentist I left .I am so thankful .
First of all, the reception staff are very friendly; when I go to this clinic, I feel like I'm visiting my family. And the doctor is truly like a friend and helps you with all sorts of things. You should definitely go here if you really need a dentist. Thank you again 🙏🏼
