I just spoke with the office for the first time, and they were wonderful, friendly, willing to work with timing. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but i had a great experience with the office staff.
Dr. Krupnick takes care if ne in the past 30 years. Very caring,knowledgeable doctor.

Say what you want about the front desk staff. I experienced some pains with them.... However, Dr. M. Krupnick is the best! Excelent bedside manors and listens to the most stupidest questions with patience. He answers all my questions with just the right amount of detail; explains it in such a way that anyone can understand it, and removes all worries. I highly recommend you wait until an appointment opens up with him if you can wait.
We have used this office for years because Dr. Krupnick seems to be good and they are very close to our home, but the office staff…YIKES. They do not want to do one thing for you. From sending records to renewing prescriptions-it’s like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Or to understand what needs doing. You can hear the dead pan face in their tone when they answer the phone. They act as if you’re bothering them. I’m not even sure how the office is still operating. Maybe it’s a front?
