I called them to send the refill for my prescription and they were so rude, unprofessional, unfriendly.. I asked to escalate the issue and have the manager call me and she called me after like 8 hours and she was worse than the staff, she said her staff are rude because of people like me, well if you can’t listen to patients and their needs then close your business.. horrible experience, very toxic environment. Plz don’t choose this doctor
