Dr. Kay is absolutely amazing and on point with his female intern. I forgot her name but they are so in sync when diagnosing. He spotted my issues and complaints. Obviously, I don’t want anything to be wrong but I am confident Dr. Kay is treating me properly. As far as the office staff, cut them a break. As a health care provider for 34 years, I must alert the public that Dr Kay has no professional manners…It is of no use, how much you know, where you studied, or how many years of experience you have. A doctor, IS someone that cares. If you did not want to get involved taking care of a patient, you can say it very softly: I don’t feel confortable taking care of you, but making a scene because you want x or z to happen, THAT is not the way.
