He is not taking transfer patients despite being a supposed “high risk specialist”.
Dr. Matthew Iammatteo is a Class Act. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his years in practice speak volumes of this. I’ve been going to him for 17 plus years & he is always respectful, attentive and genuinely cares for his patients!
First off I have to give credit where credit is due and say I absolutely adore Dr Dori and the nursing staff, particularly Kaitlyn. But other than that, If I could give this practice zero stars I would. Where do I start? I went to this practice with my first pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I wanted to have a natural unmedicated birth and was encouraged by Dr dori but when I had an appointment with Dr ianmatteo I felt not supported at all and was told I should just take an epidural. Dr. Matt is very professional and he cares about his patients.
I would NEVER recommend this physician. I saw him on a very serious, private matter and his nurse at the time, Jan Ryan, relayed my health issue to a relative WITHOUT my consent or knowledge. He should be grateful I never reported this, and it was after HIPPA was enacted. Not sure if she's still with the practice, but the fact that this was allowed in the first place was a giant red flag.
