Haven't been here yet but I've been dealing with chronic pelvic pain since my hysterectomy in 2021 and I was considered by my doctor that I need spinal cord stimulation surgery but haven't been able to find anyone that can do testings to see if I'm considered with getting it. Dr. Castanho truly has a passion for what he does, it is so obvious in the time he spends with you, he provides such a wealth of knowledge and explains everything so it’s understandable.
