I called to schedule an appointment. The woman informed me that the appointment was at 2:30 PM over the phone. When I confirmed it with her, she agreed that I should add it to my calendar on my phone. When I arrived for my first appointment, the same woman informed me that I was late. She had scheduled my appointment for 2:15 p.m., but I arrived at 2:25 p.m. Consequently, they informed me that the best they could do was schedule me for December. Very nice guy. Very professional.
I liked Dr Brumbaugh very much. As my physician, he was personable, available and intelligent. His judgement was excellent and he was compassionate. What more does one need? I am sad that he moved away from his RI concierge practice. RI is in desperate need of excellent practitioners such as Dr Brumbaugh.
A wonderful, caring, compassionate, and professional medical practice. I am sad to see Matthew move on from his practice. I shall miss him.
