Dr. Bright was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. My son is 14 months old, has 7 teeth and he definitely wasn't happy to be there, but Dr. Bright was very nice, patiently examined him, did a dental cleaning, gave me lots of tips on how to keep good oral hygiene for the baby and how to create good habits. The whole office was a very clean place and very organized. The staff that helped us was kind. They have a giant fun toy at the reception for the kids to play with while waiting.
Could not recommend more! Thank you Whenbe!!!! We were on spring break from NY and have had the hardest time getting into a new pediatric dentist in our new area with wait time for appointments lasting months. Whenbe was able to get all three of my girls in the next day to get caught up on their care and I could not be more thankful <3 really heroic
I just made our third appointment here and the girl on the phone was so rude & just has a terrible attitude. They are one of the only offices in our area that accepts our insurance, but if this upcoming appointment doesn’t go well, I will never return to them. Whenever we go in, I just feel like we are such a number and everything the doctor says is so rehearsed. Extremely Disappointed!! Not only did their billing department not know how to bill correctly costing me $2k but the care was awful!! From the doctors to the front desk staff and their office manager. **Go to Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentist INSTEAD.** They have outstanding patient care and practice bedside manners, extremely attentive, and completed the same procedures with the right billing coding not costing me $2k. I can’t thank Dr. Bright enough! After struggling with feeds and trying different bottles and nothing working, Dr. Bright performed a lip and tongue tie that has since helped tremendously with our babies feeds and finally gave this momma a peace of mind. Postpartum is already so hard to navigate and dealing with feeding difficulties is so hard. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!
