Dr.Matthew Barnes is an outstanding GP: he consistently demonstrates strong clinical and interpersonal skills. The practice is very organized, as well.

Terrible communication! These drs are ALL only in it for the money apparently…you know..if you happen to be in decent health and don’t need to see your dr every month you’re useless to them. Thought drs were supposed to be there when we NEED them??? But hey..it’s easy to find a dr these days right👌 Honestly..disgusting.

Doctor Barns office is a terrible place to go they won’t answer your calls and you can not get in to see your own doctor they always push you to see another doctor you call the office to make a appointment and you are on hold because there is so many people ahead of you then after being on hold for 45 minutes they hang up on you 4 tries and we get the same results so sad how our health care system works now days people just don’t care any more

Had worst experience both with the receptionist and the doctor as well. Zero empathy towards their clients. Please avoid. We sensed lack of professionalism.

I have met with Dr. Barns on few occassions where he seemed supportive. I would, however, caution that his receptionist is extremely impolite and dismissive. It is very sad that in her field of work and dealing with ill/vulnerable individuals, she would be so plain dismissive, abrupt and insensative. I gave his office one star for that reason. I dont belive that a patient should feel attacked while reaching out for help.
