I had a root canal done by Dr. Balasco in April 2025.The entire procedure was very professional and painless.The office is equipped with all modern equipment. I would recommend very highly.
The way you are treated coming in the door says a lot about a practice. This was 5* from beginning to end. The staff explained things very thoroughly when it came to co-pays, insurance, what x-rays would be needed, etc. Then I got to meet Dr. Balasco. He explains everything in detail about what is needed, how it will be done, and what to expect during and after the procedure. He makes certain you feel no pain! I had to travel a hour and fifteen minutes to see Dr. Balasco in Lancaster due to him being the closest endodontist that accepted my insurance. He came recommended from my insurance company which typically is not how I like to find and search for specialists.. but so thankful for them and for the office. From the minute I walked In the door I was looking for ANY excuse to run out the door or reschedule.
