I attempted this to relieve vertigo that is caused by vestibular migraines. Being desperate to get some improvement I visited the Minnesota Ctr and today my condition is not one ounce better. Although testing would show performance improvements (take same test several times - no surprises), there was no neurological improvement. I have been in practice for 25 plus years and treated so many head injuries and TBI’s. I never truly understood how debilitating they could be until, I had two severe head trauma’s in 2 months and was Diagnosed with a severe TBI by my neurologist. My life literally became a nightmare. We have seen such vast improvements in my five year post hypoxic brain injury since seeing Dr. Antonucci! His facility offers such hope to those who have been told "it is what it is...what you see is what you get...there's nothing else we can do...etc...etc". Connecting the brain with the rest of the body is imperative and this is the first place that has addressed this issue, which in my opinion has made all the difference in the world. I honestly could not recommend anyone more highly than Dr Antonucci for anyone suffering with post-concussion symptoms. My 12-year daughter has struggled with unusual functional symptoms since being concussed 9 months ago and Dr Antonucci bought about change and improvements in just 6 days - he has given us both hope and a plan to continue this journey, and I have no doubt she will make a full recovery under his guidance and expert care.
