I had an appointment with Dr. Schaffner just a few moments ago for a root removal. Great guy and great work. His assistant, although I didn't catch her name, was amazing and made the experience much better. The staff at the front desk are also super friendly and easy to work with. 10/10
Amazing care and kindness for my daughter who had a post op infection while on holiday. Accepted an urgent referral from our surgeon and booked her for a procedure. We are very grateful ! Also a kind and informative admin and nursing team.
Horrible experience! With no warning he started cutting my dead bone out of my mouth with very sore sensitive gums. It was abusive the way he wouldn't tell me anything and was extra mean and rough because he accused me of being rude to a staff member. I had no idea what that was about. Stop mid procedure to yell at me I don't have to do this TWICE! I was traumatized, crying in the chair. I am 47 and have never experienced anything like his treatment in my life.
Dr. Shaffner is a good doctor but I was ridiculously mislead about the pricing and rate by his staff and had to pay an additional $700+ as a STUDENT AFTER INSURANCE 80% coverage for TWO wisdom teeth. If you’re going, definitely ask for a paper estimate before. I will probably never be going there again.
