Update to my previous review. I just had my procedure(s) done with Dr. Novak this week and if I could give him and his staff 10 stars, I would! Everyone in the Southlake office is so caring and wonderful to work with. You can tell they are all passionate and love what they do. Dr. Novak even went as far as phoning me directly the evening post surgery to check on me. His bedside manner is beyond what I could have hoped for. I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr. Novak at Southlake Plastic Surgery and five stars is not enough. I’m only about a week out from surgery and my results are already amazing and my recovery has been so much easier than I expected. Dr. Novak has a calming, down to earth demeanor and really makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Novak and his staff are awesome. The facility is beautiful - top tier, and seems to run right on schedule. All my questions were answered - even questions I didn’t know I had, and the door was left open if I had more. Dr. Novak struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and assured while remaining humble and approachable.
