I did not have a great experience. The care felt aloof and unconcerned. When asked about the MRI results after three days I was told the results would take ten days. The same day I went to another Doctor (who was not the ordering doctor for the MRI) and he was able to view the images, although the written report was not back, and give a clear diagnosis. Dr. Ellington was wonderful with my 12 yo son. Explained everything thoroughly and his bed side manner was great! His office and staff were friendly and communication was awesome! It was a wonderful experience all the way around.
Dr Ellington was friendly, patient, and communicated well with my son and I as to what the issue was and the steps to recover.
We’ve been here several times and each time the staff provides a thorough exam of my son and the doctors have been exceptional.
