The administrative referral system at this clinic is deeply flawed and leaves patients in agonizing, daily pain stranded. I was referred directly by the Emergency Room with clear, black-and-white MRI proof of deep infiltrating endometriosis, extensive left-side lesions, and organ tethering that causes me daily, excruciating pain radiating into my back and legs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Leonardi and his entire team. They cared for me through two incredibly complex pregnancies involving placenta accreta spectrum, and I will be forever grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion they showed me and my family. After waiting 6 months and multiple calls to this office, waiting to hear about an appointment dr Leonardi decided to no longer take new patients. Meaning after 6 months of waiting to hear from them I now need to start this year long process of trying to see a specialist all over again. Clearly there is a lack or professionalism and consideration for people’s well being from this physician. I would avoid them at all cost.
