Worst, most unprofessional practice I have come across. They never pick up the phone and do NOT call back EVER from leaving a message. I went in and was told I had the “worst infection they have ever seen” and than they proceeded to never call in any of the medication they said they would. They were supposed to get authorization from my insurance to fix the issue but NEVER called me to inform me they did or make an appointment to fix the problem. appt got cancelled without prior notice, called multiple times to confirm, but no one answered or returned my calls. This caused significant inconvenience and is very unprofessional.
It has been more a year to complete dental implant which I paid for. Too many postponing and lies. Nobody is responding. He is not a real professional fooling people blaming lab for excuse Latest lie was he would complete crown at the end of October. He didn't even call running away sitting on my payment of $4500.00
Poor quality crown, no responsibility, unprofessional behavior About six months ago, I had a crown done at this office and paid all cash. The crown broke in less than three months. When I went back, the doctor told me I had to pay $700 more for the repair, even though it was clearly a quality issue. Instead of taking responsibility, he kept delaying. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this office. The staff was un knowledgeable and unorganized, and I was left waiting for nearly 2 months to just receive information I needed which still turned out to be incorrect each time I asked for updates. I was told that someone would call me back, but I never received a call this lack of communication and follow through is unacceptable Especially in a medical office with patient depend on accurate and timely information.
