Be aware that the Arizona Medical Board sanctioned her (Case # MD-19-0242A) for inappropriately accessing hospital neurology records and illegally ALTERING patient discharge papers to identify HER as the follow-up physician. So, she’s dishonest and unethical in addition to medical incompetence.
I wish this allowed me to give her zero stars. She is short tempered, shockingly rude, and not at all interested in you unless there to pay cash for B*tox shots. Otherwise you get pawned off on the over-worked NP with zero follow up, dropped appointments, et.al. Her office is the epitome of a poorly-managed medical facility: disorganised, do not return calls, chronically mismanage your appointments, forget to order tests, and become extremely rude and combative if challenged.
