Never on time, get asked to show up to complete arbitrary paperwork 10 minutes early then wait 20 minutes past your actual appointment to still not be seen, in the many years I have been going to this KP location they have never been on time but in one department and that is the pharmacy where they push the pills out the door, Kaiser needs to up their game and relies they are a service provider and a timely and quality product is expected or at least should be by the consumer.
