Takes time to listen. Is knowledgeable and caring.
Made an appointment for physical then they call me week bedore and had to change it because they were only doing video visits that day. Made another appointment requested day off work again and they call again to reschedule again because the PA will not be in town. So twice I’ve made arrangements for an appointment only for them to call and cancel and reschedule for later dates. Very unprofessional for an office.
