Her staff is awful. She herself was ok. But the nurse practitioner, nurse and other staff do not take care of things in a timely manner, like something so basic as calling in a prescription. You have to remind them over and over. I was given wrong information about my condition, many mistakes in my chart, rude front desk staff, the list goes on. Dr Shinn must not be managing her staff at all. Dr Shinn works at the Washington regional Senior Health Clinic, it is a very incompetent clinic for seniors!
