From the very Dr. Pruzinsky and her team were compassionate, attentive, and detailed from the initial visit to the day of the surgery. Right after the surgery all of the follow up visits were equally impressive in making sure my daughter was heard and cared for to make sure her recovery and healing time was on track. Thank you, Dr. Pruzinsky and your entire team, for doing what you do every day for the patients and families you serve.
My daughter saw Dr. Pruzinsky in 2019 for tubes. I expressed concern due to my daughter's family history with hearing loss at each appointment (roughly 3-4 appointments). When her tubes were falling out, Pruzinsky removed them and noted her ear drum perforated and some granulated tissue present. She seemed shocked when I referenced her family history as if she was hearing it for the first time and referred us to the other ENT in office (Dr. Bell--who was amazing). She was thorough and very kind. And calm. I’ll be back to see her for a follow up.
Appointment felt rushed. I didn't feel like she explained anything well and had to ask many clarifying questions. It wasn't until I expressed further concern that I felt she actually looked in my daughter's ear and even then it seemed she was doing it just because I didn't seem happy with the information. When I asked what the next step was she immediately said IA City- I feel I should have bypassed the $200 bill and went there from the beginning.
Dr. Pruzinsky is very thorough, she spent a great deal of time examining and explaining the procedure. She is very professional and personable.
