Despite being a patient for 15 years, when my wife asked for a different nurse because the one assigned was incompetent and condescending, Doctors at Home suddenly stopped ‘serving our area.’ Even though she had active refills at the pharmacy, the office went out of their way to cancel them. This came across as punitive and unprofessional. They also fail to return calls. Very disappointing experience.
I was with this provider for 15 years, but ever since the management change, the care has gone downhill. Phone calls and messages are rarely answered or returned, and the quality of service is nothing like it used to be. Very disappointing after so many years.
I did not have a good experience. I selected them for my mom because of advanced dementia and was told they would let me know when hospice was appropriate. They saw her 4 or 5 times between Jan-May. When my mom got sick and need help no response, no one would do a weekend visit after hospital discharge. Hospital had to tell me your mom should have been on palliative care and they gave her 2 weeks to live. They came to see her for a regular visit after I put on hospice.
Dr Snellings is an incredible doctor with a wealth of experience. Really impressed with their team. The easiest and most professional doctors group.
Dr. Snellings and her team are all professionals, very polite and compassionate people with excellent clinical skills. Absolutely recommend for your healthcare needs.
