Hard to reach. If you do get someone to answer your calls, they promise to call back and never do. Constant problems with medications/refills. If you are young, but have chronic pain...she will refer you to pain management & physical therapy but refuses to follow their recommendations if they differ from hers. Staff is horrible, nurses even worse.
